Please be advised that starting July 1, 2026, the European Union (EU) is eliminating the tax exemption threshold (De Minimis) for low-value imports.
・All shipments to EU countries will now be subject to import duties and VAT.
・A flat customs fee of €3 (plus VAT) will be charged per item type (HS code) within the parcel.
・These customs duties, taxes, and related administrative fees are NOT collected at checkout.
・You will be required to pay these charges directly to the courier (e.g., DHL, FedEx, local postal service) before or at the time of delivery.

The De Minimis rule, which previously exempted imports valued under USD 800 from customs duties and taxes, has been abolished as of August 29, 2025.

Now, all imported goods are subject to customs duties and taxes. In addition, DHL or FedEx may charge an advance duty collection payment (brokerage) fee to the recipient at the time of import.
